Established in 1963, Arpi' s Industries is one of Alberta's leading mechanical contracting firms. Privately owned and operated, it serves as a one-stop source for every mechanical need in residential and commercial construction, fabrication, and building/plant maintenance.

As well as operating well-established and successful home heating, air-conditioning and service businesses, Arpi's also runs a highly efficient plumbing and commercial sheet metal division that is currently handling the mechanical installation for some of the most notable commercial building projects in Calgary. These include EnCana Corporation's monumental 59-storey The Bow building, a new six-storey wing for the Peter Lougheed Centre hospital, and a twin-tower Centennial Place complex named to commemorate Alberta's 100th birthday in 2005.

Arpi's has received significant industry and media recognition for its business achievements. IT has earned the prestigious Dave Lennox Award an unprecedented fifteen times for outstanding sales achievement and customer satisfaction. This award goes annually to the top twenty-five Lennox dealers, not just in Canada but all across North America. On nine occasions Arpi's has been named as one of the Calgary Sun's top 100 privately owned firms in Calgary. Additionally, the owner, Arpi Berdin, has been honored with the prestigious Alberta Pinnacle Award, sponsored by the Calgary Herald and the law firm of Fenerty, Robertson, Fraser and Hatch for individual initiative and innovation.
