The Canadian Home Builders' Association - Alberta is the voice of the residential construction industry. It represents builders, renovators, developers, trade and supply companies, and many others. In 2006, Alberta's residential construction industry was responsible for $13 billion in business and employed well over 120,000 Albertans directly and indirectly. It's two main goals are to promote housing quality, affordability and choice, and to build vibrant, prosperous Alberta communities.

Speaking with one voice is important to not just the provincial association, but our local associations as well. Our association needs to work cohesively to provide the appropriate resources and strategies in order to effectively manage these issues and ensure our vision "We Shape the Future of Housing for Albertans" is a reality.
