COAA Apprentice Scholarship

Mission
COAA provides leadership to enable our owner members to be successful in their drive for safe, effective and productive project execution. We will achieve this by:

- Creating and promoting industry Best Practices.
- Serving as a voice for owners to audiences that can make a difference.
- Providing a forum for dialogue and debate among owners, contractors,
labour providers and governments.
- Bringing new ideas to industry and government leaders.

Our Members
The COAA is comprised of Principal Members who are users of construction services in their day-to-day operations. We represent a broad cross-section of owners' interests and are associated with many sectors of the Alberta construction community. The COAA is also comprised of Associate Members providing construction services and other activities. The COAA is engaged with owners, construction and engineering contractors, government, labour groups and other construction industry associations
